Comments: have the Canada Elementary and Intermediate Keel Boat Cruising certification, ASA 118 Docking certification and also Canada Coastal Navigation Certification (Basic and Intermediate) certification, Marine weather training. I did my first offshore convoyage between Bermuda and Halifax in May 2023 with a short handed crew of 3 where I took solo night watches each night. I also did a bareboat rental in January 2023 for 10 days in Martinique. I have racing experience for Summer and Fall of 2023 on J30. I have owned a Tanzer 22 based in Montreal for 3 years now.
I'm 42 years old and in extremely good shape. I'm a serious individual (actuary by trade Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society) but have a great sense of humor. I'm humble and eager to learn.
