Comments: Ahoy! I am hoping for an opportunity to help crew during race week this year. My main goals are to meet some new people, have lots of fun, and learn as much as possible. I currently sail with Sandpoint Sailing Association in Sandpoint, Idaho on Lake Pend Orielle. I sail with a non-profit called Dog Smile Sailing. I currently do trim and help run the pit in a Capri 25 one-design fleet. I also have experience sailing in a j24 one design fleet as well as many handicapped cruiser fleet races. I have owned my own sailboat and have done a fair amount of cruising in the Pacific Northwest and the Caribbean. I also have my ASA 101-105 certifications. I am very easy going and laid back, and I take instruction well. I'd be happy to come over and spend a day or two on the water before race week if someone would like.
