Comments: 6’1”, 215 lbs, just turned 60, but healthy. Experienced at every position. Prefer main or runners, but really anywhere is fine. Also pretty good at fixing stuff. Sailed on an IC37 once. Looking to steepen my learning curve by getting on a boat that has already figured out most of the things not to do. I cover my own expenses.

Comments: He has raced extensively in One Design and Offshore racing campaigning on the circuits annually. Qualifying and or sailing in five North American Lightning Championships and was Commodore of his District Fleets. He has been a representative of Shore Sails and raced on One Toners in SORC in the 1980’S racing on Impulse in 1984. Additionally he has raced Hobbie 33’s winning the first Hobbie Winter Nationals. Raced on New York 36’s, J-24s, J-36, Hunter 50, Islander 40, Islander 36, Pearson Flyer 30 and others in the Great Lakes and Florida along with many other sailing activities. Raced a few years out of Miami doing Wends days and weekends One of his most remember-able events was a pick-up match race against Ted Kennedy in Palm Beach in 1973. Bill remembers “we were sailing a 50-foot Ted Hood boat built by Moss “The Joy III”. We won the race.” I believe A.J. Anderson was on board that day.
As most of my racing has been as skipper my crewing activity has centered around driving, tactics, starts, over all sail trim.
