Comments: Hi, I am normally a Laser 28 foredeck and a Laser 1 racer. I have also been a dinghy racing sailing instructor on the Saint-Lawrence River for the past 3 years. I have been sailing for 13 years and am extremely comfortable on boats. I am a quick learner and consider myself a good tactician.
I am desperately looking for a boat to crew on for this race week !
I am currently in virginia, willing to Fly to Halifax. I arrived in virginia yeasterday from Montreal to sail a Whitby 42 from here to halifax to Ontario for a month but the sail was abruptly cancelled due to the skipper getting injured.
You are in need of a crew ? Feel free to contact me as soon as possible !

Position: Grinder,Jib Trimmer
Comments: I've been racing for 9 years, I have done several overnight races and many club regattas on Lake Ontario (contrary to popular belief - we get weather out on the water here and often see 6 - 8 ft. swells). I typically do gib and spinnaker trim, but I would be happy with being rail meat or doing joe jobs as I know that I am new! I have been sailing on a C&C 33, and that size boat is what I'm used to, but I am open to new opportunities. I will be around the weekend before the race week if anyone is free for a sail to see if we 'fit'. I currently sail with an amazing group of experienced women. References are available upon request. I'm looking for a boat that has experience, is competitive, but also prioritizes safety and wants to have fun! Also, I come with chocolate chip cookies!

Comments: time constraints have made it impossible to enter either of my boats in the event but am available as crew for the duration of the week. I have tonnes of one design and CRW experience and am looking for a ride.

Position: Foredeck,Mast,Pit,Sewer,Grinder,Jib Trimmer
Comments: My husband and I are in Chester for the Friday and Saturday, visiting from the UK (I'm from NS originally) and would love to join a crew if possible. We've completed 2 Fastnet races, multiple Cowes Week and Solent races and race regularly out of Brighton on ~38' symmetrical boats, although also J70 experience. Bruno mainly mast and foredeck, me pit, trim or bow. Happy to fit in anywhere, we make great movable weight and we don't need to be on the same boat. Email best to contact, would love to be racing on NS waters again.
