Thisbe approached us on port tack at the windward mark and tacked between us and the mark within tthe 3 boat length circle. We had warned Thisbe that there was no room and that we were within the three boat length circle. We had to alter course to avoid collision, Thisbe's head sail was not set when we altered course. We protest under rules 10, 13		Closed	Thisbe accepted a 30% penalty.
