1.	1	Isurus (USA 51410)	vs	Teamwork (USA 52939)	Isurus and Teamwork were sailing downwind, both on starboard tack. Both boats were going 10+ knots with spinnakers up. Both boats were on a course for red buoy 22, keeping them well clear of any obstructions (gps plot available). Teamwork was five boat lengths forward and to starboard of Isurus. Teamwork suddenly and intentionally gybed onto port, providing no notice. Both boats were very quickly within two boat length of each other on a direct collision course. Isurue crash gybed to port to avoid a collision. In the process, Isurus stayed clear of teamwork and avoided a collision. Teamwork fouled Isurus based on rule 10, port - starboard.	06:00PM	Closed	Teamwork is DSQ in Race 1
