During the acceleration boat 311 was very close to the line and turning down to avoid being over, with two boat lengths to the pin we acquired leeward overlap and told boat 311 to head up, which they did not, forcing us to change our course . After several seconds they did not comply so we hailed protest and flew our flag.	02:50PM	Closed	Mutiny was deemed DSQ. Rule 11
