FACTS: 20128 requested redress for her missing score in race#1 20128 listed two boats nearby at the finish: 19505 which ended in 23rd and 88782 which ended in 24th. The competitor claims to have finished in 21st (possibly in 22nd due to the original markings subsequently erased). The competitor coach witnessed the finish and stated that 20128 finished 20th or 21st. The RC has no record of 20128 in the recorded finishes. CONCLUSIONS: the score could be as low as 20 and as high as 25 (considering 19505 and 88782 ahead of 29128). The PC opted for a score of 22.5.
