The RC has hoisted Code Flag AP. The next update will be at 1100.

FYI the Reverse Course Descritions (Amendment 6) are posted on YS as Amendment #2.

FYI, the time limit has been exteended (Amendment 7) to 2000.

It is anticipated that the Awards will be held after 2000.

Safety Phone Number Correction -

The telephone number for the ILDR Watch is (401) 846 1969 ext 6. This corr3ects the typo in the laminated contact card distributed at Registration.

ILDR Amendment #7 - Change in Time Limit -

SI AMendment #7

In anticipation of a potential delay in the start of the ILDR due to weather, the Time Limit in SI Paragraph 11 is extended two hours tto 2000 hrs.

SI AMENDMENT- COrrect Identification Name of Mark 12 -

SI Amendment 1 corrects the identification name (and only the name)  of Mark 12 on the Mark Register.

NOR Amendment #3 -

Amendment 3 modifies Paragraph 1.6, which lists the required light display after sunset and before sunrise. The masthead light has been elimenated, to bring the requirement into accord with the COLREGs Section C-Lights and Shapes , Rule 25 Sailing Vessels Underway.
