2024 Newport Regatta: Check-In Day! - Greetings Racers! Here are a few reminders as we head into the weekend:

You must check in on Friday, July 12 (today!) from 1630 to 1930 or Saturday, July 13 (tomorrow!), from 0800 to 930 on the deck at Sail Newport's Main Office building. All boats must check-in. Only one representative per boat needs to check in to receive their packet.

All crew, including Sunday substitutes, need signed waivers. Skippers/boat owners must enter their crew's name and email address in the Crew Corner on YachtScoring to sign the waiver.

If you don’t see a blue check in your crew’s name, they HAVEN’T signed the waiver.

Waivers:

All Entries must have waivers signed through the YachtScoring site.

Skippers/Boat Owners will have to enter their crew's name and email address for the crew to sign the waiver in the Crew Corner on YachtScoring.

Add your crewmembers and email addresses in your boat entry on YachtScoring.
The crew will get an email from YachtScoring: "The Owner or Skipper of the Yacht NAME (xxxx) has added your name to their Crew List for the 2024 Newport Regatta. Please log into the Crew's Corner for this event to verify/update your information and sign your Crew Waiver (required)”

Saturday Night Social and Sunday Awards Social:

All Sailors (with signed waivers!!) will receive a wristband for entry into the Saturday and Sunday Newport Regatta socials. They will be in your packet at check-in (Friday, July 12 1630-1930).

Mix and mingle with the local sailing community, enjoy a delicious BBQ buffet provided by McGrath Catering, and dance the night away with Los Duderinos

Each wristband includes one free beverage. Additional drink tickets can be purchased for $5 each. One ticket is good for one drink. That's the best price in town for a Mount Gay and Regatta Craft Tonic!

2024 Newport Regatta Waiver Information - Welcome to the 2024 Newport Regatta! This is a reminder that all Skippers and boat Owners must enter their crew's name and email address in the Crew Corner on Yacht Scoring for the crew to sign the waiver.
Here is a reminder of how this works:
- The owner/boat captain must be logged in to add crewmembers and email addresses in your boat entry on Yacht Scoring.
The crew will get this sort of email from Yacht Scoring:
“The Owner or Skipper of the Yacht NAME (xxxx) has added your name to their Crew List for the 2024 Newport Regatta.
Please log into the Crew's Corner for this event to verify/update your information and sign your Crew Waiver (is required)
Your login information is as follows:

Access Code: CSPQ2A (temporary; you'll be able to update this Access Code once you log in)
