A redress hearing will be held at 1900 at SDYC to consider Race #6.
All members of this class are invited to participate and become a party to the redress hearing.

Please read the details below to ensure you’re prepared for an excellent regatta. We will see you at Coronado Yacht Club or San Diego Yacht Club for the designated check in time. Please refer to the schedule of events for those posted times

FINAL CHECKLIST BEFORE REGISTRATION

Save time at check-in and complete the mandatory registration items in advance:

1. CREW MEMBER ONLINE SIGNED WAIVER IS REQUIRED. Be sure each of your crew email addresses are correct and they receive your request to sign their waiver required for eligibility. They may need to check their spam folder. Email regattas@sailingworld.com with any questions. Completed waivers will be shown by a blue check mark next to their name on the crew list. https://yachtscoring.com/crew_list_report.cfm?eid=15505.

2. ONLINE PAYMENTS/WAIVERS – Owner waivers are required. Please pay your entry fee as well before checking in.

3. INSURANCE – All boats are required to have proof of insurance to compete in this event. If you have any issues or concerns, please address them before joining us on the water for safe racing.

4. CLASS MEMBERSHIP - One Design classes must have valid current class membership.

5. RATINGS – If you are racing in the ORC or PHRF courses and you do not see your rating on the scratch sheet we are unable to locate your current certificate.  

QUANTUM SAILS WEATHER BRIEFING & SAIL REPAIR

Quantum Sails support will be onsite providing overnight sail repair. Drop off and pick up is located in the Quantum Sails tent, next to the Helly Hansen Regatta Store.

Check out Quantum Sail’s daily weather briefing at 0830hrs on Friday, Saturday and Sunday – available via zoom – link is located on the race website.

DO YOU HAVE OLD LINES & OLD SAILS TO DONATE?

Support  the Green Initiatives of  Helly Hansen, Mount Gay Rum, Marlow Ropes and Seabags, and donate your sails and lines to be upcycled. Coronado YC and San Diego YC will accept donations on Friday-Sunday. Receive a credit to Seabags in return for your sail donations.

POST RACING SOCIALS

It wouldn’t be a Sailing World Regatta without Dave Reed leading us in fun and games. All ages are welcome to join us after sailing on the Yacht Club lawn for the Mount Gay Rum and Anchor Beer Social. For one rate, your social pass includes the Thursday Sailing World Speaker Series with Andrew Campbell from American Magic, Friday Live Band and Buffet at Coronado Yacht Club, Saturday live music at San Diego Yacht Club and Social Saturday/Sunday. Help the Club prepare and purchase your weekend Social Pass online.
