Required Crew lists and Participant Waivers--'Round-the-Island Race - Dear skippers,
NOR 14.1 requires each owner, skipper, and individual participating crew member to submit an on-line liability waiver release. These must be submitted prior to racing, and boats shall not be scored unless they have been received. The deadline is 1730 on Friday, June 24.
You should go online to the Owner and/or Crew Corner at YachtScoring.com to name your crew members and allow them to sign the waiver electronically. Please note the Race Committee will use these crew counts and lists as part of its safety protocol.
If you have already entered your crew list, please check it to confirm that they have signed their waivers.

2020 ERW Credit Card Authorization - Dear Skippers, July 8, 2022
We are excited that you are participating in Edgartown Race Weekend and welcome you to the Edgartown Yacht Club.
Given the number of boats registered for Edgartown Race Weekend, and to make purchasing in the dining room and at BarONE easier, we are asking skippers to fill out the attached 2022 ERW Credit Card Authorization Form. Once we have your information, we will enter it in to the EYC database, and assign you a temporary account number for the weekend. This account number, which will be provided in advance of your arrival, can be used in lieu of paying by physical credit card or by cash, and will eliminate the need to purchase individual tickets over the course of the regatta.
You may share this account number with your crew, provided you have authorized them to make purchases.
Please fill out the attached form at your earliest convenience, and return to the office by Thursday, June 16th as instructed on the form. If you are not comfortable sending information via email, please send the form via fax 508-627-7565 or call Margaret Passafiume 508-627-4364.

IMPORTANT 2022 'Round-the-Island Race Checklist - Dear Skippers,
We are very excited that you are participating in the 2022 'Round-the-Island Race.
We would like to remind you about a few things.
1. A PHRF-NE certificate rating is required for all boats that wish to be eligible for Special Awards. The deadline for submission is June 15th.
2. The deadline for requesting class or division changes is Wednesday, June 15th.
3. Please check the Safety Equipment Requirements on the EYC Regatta Page HERE and provide us with a mitigation plan if your yacht does not meet certain requirements. You may submit a mitigation plan to Margaret Passafiume racer@edgartownyc.org.
4. Add crew information in your crew corner of your Yacht Scoring account as it becomes available.
5. Complete regatta payment in the owner's corner of your Yacht Scoring account. Late payment after Wednesday, June 15th will be subject to a $100 late fee.
